You may sign up for this class if you are an experienced rower not in any race team line-up for Head of the Onondaga or Pull the Plug. Racers should not sign up for this class until after the early bird deadline, and only if there are no race team seats available for the class.

You may sign up for this if you are in any race team line-up for Head of the Onondaga or Pull the Plug. Please do not sign up for more than one race team weeknight class, or for an experienced (non-race-team) weeknight class, until after the early bird deadline, to give our non-racers a chance to get the most convenient classes for them. We will not be running race line-ups on weeknights, but will try to give our racers a good workout.
