Race practice for men's 4.

You may sign up for this if you are in any race team line-up for Head of the Onondaga or Pull the Plug. Please do not sign up for more than one race team weeknight class, or for an experienced (non-race-team) weeknight class, until after the early bird deadline, to give our non-racers a chance to get the most convenient classes for them. We will not be running race line-ups on weeknights, but will try to give our racers a good workout.
