Payment for your class is due during the first week of the session. Payments due will be indicated on the Intake tab of the session Google doc.
If weather or other reasons require us to cancel a row, you will receive a credit.
If you have to miss a row, you will be eligible to make it up within the same season (on-the-water / indoor). Make-ups do not transfer to the next season unless there are extenuating circumstances. If unforeseen circumstances such as illness/injury cause you to miss a significant number of rows, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work something out.
If you know you will be absent during certain weeks of the upcoming session, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can arrange a prorated payment for the session.
